Orders within the European Union typically arrive within one to three business days, while shipments to destinations outside the EU usually take three to five business days. Once your order is processed, we will email you a confirmation, followed by a separate message containing your DHL tracking number.

We do not offer exchanges. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within ten days of delivery. Please send an email to contact@byguessing.com to request a return authorization, then arrange for shipping through a courier of your choice. by guessing does not provide a prepaid return label, and the cost of shipping the item back will be at your expense.
